How to Face Examination Stress

What is
stress? Does everyone face this stress? Is it helpful to our mind or not?
Whether our body gets affected because of this stress? let find the answers of
this in further discussion. we all go from stress from our birth up to the
last minute of our life. At every part of our life, we face it. Actually, what is
it? It is nothing but a state of our emotional strain or mental or tension. It
is the reaction of the situation which we are facing in everyday life. The children
face more stress than others.
Examination Stress
As we have
taken birth on this earth we have to follow some rules which are made by
humans only. In early after 5 years from a birth child has to go in school. Now a child is going from 3 years only. From the age of 3 years, a child has to face
the examination. Even if their mind is not allowing they have to. After every 6
months they face the main exam. As they start growing up further this exam
starts increasing. Then they come across the unit test, the main exam, then sports,
gathering, extra activities, etc. From childhood, only everyone tells then that
"Life is a race.... If you don’t run fast.... you will be like a broken
Egg". Every time it is told that if u didn't come first u will be of
no use, So every time everywhere come first. The stress of studies are also
given every time. In all this, the children have loss from their childhood. Somewhere
we will have to stop this.
How to overcome this
Examination stress
Many students
take stress before the examination. It is because of a lack of confidence. They
are afraid of the examination. Help children to prepare well for the exam.
Encouraging children also can help then to reduce the pressure of examination.
When student are prepared well for the examination they can reduce their
stress. Last-minute study preparation can grow in examination stress.
Signs of Stress must be watched

Parents should
keep watch on children. This are some signs they should watch. If they observe
these signs they should try to solve it. Parents should speak with the child
and they should ask the reason behind that. If it comes because of the exam
then they should tell that the exam doesn't make a big deal in life. It is only
a part of life. Just try to make it simple. The Exam is just a process.
Have to remove some time for
children
For keeping
watch on student exam stress is very important for parents. Because it may lead
to depression. To avoid this parents have to interact with the child at and
before the exam. Parents have to divert the mind of a child from studies for
some time. They will have to remove some time for the child every day. Never
force a child for big expectation. Encourage your child to do study and other
things also. At the time of study try to interrupt your child so that they will
not fell the stress of study. Ask them to take a break of 15-20 minutes after
every 2 house study.
Good Diet and Exercise
As we are in
the modern age of lifestyle. Children are getting habitual of different foods.
Those foods are not giving them proper health and strength. For that parents
has to keep watch on their diet. They will have to plan the proper diet from
them. They will have to choose the rich food which can give children rich
proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Because of which child can get boosted at the
time of the exam. The proper diet can improve their health, mind because of
which they can concentrate on study. Which will help them to reduce their
stress. The proper sleep can also help them for getting fresh for the whole
day. Children should get a proper 8 hours of sleep. Exercise also plays a very
important role in refreshing the mind. After getting up a proper exercise can
improve their stress handling capability. A 30-minute exercise is sufficient
for children.
Conclusion
The Children
taking stress is not going to help them from going forward. Not every child meet
their parent's expectations. The parents should also tell their children to take
that failure sportily. Every failure teaches us a new lesson and the children
should learn to accept that and to move forward for a better life. This is going
to happen only when parents are not going to apply any pressure on the
children. The proper planning of the exam is the only way to reduce the Examination
stress.
